Trust you all are well, I have been so busy and the internet connection has been giving me some problems but here are a few pic's of what I have been up too..

I would like to say thanx to a very special customer whom always makes Annies Bake Shop her number one choice, Ms Natalie Kearns.

Below here we have a Hello Kitty themed cake, Vanilla with Chocolate mousse and the smell enough is to died for, the face is surrounded with Chocolate cupcakes with chocoalte butter cream icing topped with flowers.

Good Day All you Beautiful people

This week has been quite a battle with the weather and getting the figures to dry on time.
But it all came together.
Here are the latest creations:

This was a lovely two layered Chocolate cake with Chocolate butter Cream filling in a dinosaur theme for a 4year old little boy. 

As always they just cant get enough of our famous Red Velvet Cake and Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese filling topped with fresh berries, this one is always a hit.

We are currently busy with a Hello Kitty cake which will be revealed next week, here is some of the prep work going into the cake.

So I have been really busy and not had time to update as often as I would like to.

Here are a few of our latest creations of the past week.

Bellow we have an emergancy baby shower cake, yes its possible to call the night before and get your cake the very next afternoon.

It is a vanilla cake with strawberry butter cream

Bellow here we have a Thomas the Tank Engine cake for a little 5 year old boy.

It is a chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream

In April we have an exciting BP truck cake for a 50th birthday and if it is as much fun as it was make the above cakes it sure to be a blast.

1 Track cake for a 18 year olg girl.

I am truely blessed to be so busy, and i am not complaining.
