Trust you all are well, I have been so busy and the internet connection has been giving me some problems but here are a few pic's of what I have been up too..

I would like to say thanx to a very special customer whom always makes Annies Bake Shop her number one choice, Ms Natalie Kearns.

Below here we have a Hello Kitty themed cake, Vanilla with Chocolate mousse and the smell enough is to died for, the face is surrounded with Chocolate cupcakes with chocoalte butter cream icing topped with flowers.

THIS WEEKS UPDATE

Good Day All you Beautiful people

This week has been quite a battle with the weather and getting the figures to dry on time.
But it all came together.
Here are the latest creations:

This was a lovely two layered Chocolate cake with Chocolate butter Cream filling in a dinosaur theme for a 4year old little boy. 

As always they just cant get enough of our famous Red Velvet Cake and Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese filling topped with fresh berries, this one is always a hit.

We are currently busy with a Hello Kitty cake which will be revealed next week, here is some of the prep work going into the cake.
